Born in Houston, Texas, the 20-year-old hot and sexy Hilary landed her first major role in 1998 via the film Casper Meets Wendy. A direct-to-video sequel to Casper, she plays the young witch Wendy, who encounters the animated character Casper.
In 2001, the hot and sexy young actress catapulted to stardom, thanks to the Disney original series Lizzie McGuire. The tv show was a ratings hit, drawing in 2.3 million viewers per episode. Hilary also starred in the Disney Channel television film Cadet Kelly, which became the network's most watched program in its 19-year history.
