Born in the London Borough of Islington, Leona rose to fame in 2006 as the winner of the third series of the British television show The X Factor. A vegetarian since she was 12, Leona won PETA's Sexiest Vegetarian twice. The first was in 2008, along with Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis and again in 2009 with actor Scott Maslen. She was also named PETA's Person Of The Year for 2008. The hot and sexy vegetarian is a supporter of the World Society for the Protection of Animals.
